Heather Gault, a native of Westport, Connecticut, is a multi-faceted artist whose talents include acting, dancing, singing, and writing. As a child, she began her career appearing in professional productions at venues such as Foxwoods Resort and Casino, The Bushnell in Hartford, and The Palace Theatre in Manchester, New Hampshire. At the age of twelve she played the lead role of Lotta Crabtree in Kirk Peterson’s world premiere season of The American Nutcracker with the Hartford Ballet.

In 2005 she began studies at the University of Southern California, and opened up yet another dimension to her career—film. She found her place acting in commercials, music videos, and working both in front of and behind the camera on numerous student films. Heather also spent a year working at 20th Century Fox for State Street Pictures, in what she calls a “wonderful experience that helped hone [her] craft and style” as a writer.

Currently based out of New York City, Heather travels the country to work with various regional theatres. In the summer of 2009 Heather directed and produced her first original play, Stroller Wars, which became a Semi-Finalist at that season’s Strawberry One-Act Festival in New York City.

Most recently, Heather was seen on stage at the Surflight Theatre and as part of their educational touring company, Surflight To Go. She also teaches dance and remains very active in writing for both stage and screen.
